The corporate controller manages all global finance operations and is a pro-active business partner. The ideal candidate is someone with strong finance and accounting acumen, able to see the big picture and work at a strategic level, yet knowing the details and motivated to get the job done. The job involves some travelling to the different Synthon sites. You are expected to produce and understand the numbers as well as motivate the local finance teams to achieve deadlines and high quality output. You are eager to develop best practices and optimize the financial control and compliance function and enhance financial consistency between Group entities. You will initiate and participate in several projects. You report directly to the chief financial officer.
