As functional application manager you will work in the IT department of Synthon Biopharmaceuticals. The department is responsible for the proper functioning of all business applications of our organization. Within the department you will be responsible for the applications in the Laboratory Informatics domain. These are LIMS, ELN, CDS and other systems to support processes in the Research and Development departments.
You will serve as the linking pin between the internal customer, the supplier and the IT department. This means that you are responsible for change and renewal of the Laboratory Informatics applications according to the specifications of system/process owners. In addition, you advise the system and process owners, process experts and key users as well as implement configuration changes using a controlled and structured approach. Furthermore, your tasks will include training, guidance and support of key users (e.g. when testing changes) and you will act as second-line support for troubleshooting. You will report to the head of Information Technology.

Contract hours: fulltime, 40 hours.
Salary: depending on experience.
Home base will be Nijmegen.
