Key responsibilities

Assisting of the HR team across various projects including:

Local HR projects that come from the Corporate HR organisation

Proposing and writing process improvements in daily HR processes

Supporting HR team with ad-hoc projects and monthly and yearly reporting tasks

Reporting on the progress of the project(s) with an agreed frequency on quality, status and time to key stakeholders (eg. CHRO and to the project members)

Gathering and analysing employee data and translating them into actionable points

Preparing employee and workforce reports: any standard or non-standard HR report needed internally or externally, or any ad-hoc business cases requested

Your profile

Your profile

Student of Bachelor in: Human Resources Management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity

Effective stakeholder management / communication

Hands-on mentality, being able to connect with all layers of the organization

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)

Passionate for people and results

Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
