Synthon Hispania certified by Top Employers Institute 2020

On 30 January, it was announced that Synthon Hispania was among the 109 companies that have been certified as Top Employers Spain. Moreover, the Top Employer Institute certified Synthon Hispania as a reference company: one of the organizations with the best conditions for their employees throughout Spain.

Synthon Hispania participated in the Top Employers Institute Global HR Best Practices Survey. This is a challenging evaluation process in which more than 600 people development practices were assessed in ten areas: talent strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, and culture. 

Certified companies have successfully exceeded the demanding standards set by Top Employers Institute.
