John McCulloughChief Commercial OfficerJohn McCullough brings over 20 years of experience in the generics industry to his role as Chief Commercial Officer. He has held senior management positions at companies such as Wyeth, Teva, and Meiji, showcasing his expertise in driving commercial success.

Bjorn HultermansChief Operational OfficerBjorn Hultermans is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive. He brings technical knowledge and operational excellence from his previous roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, and Sandoz.

Hans HoornChief Scientific OfficerHans Hoorn, with a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry, leads the Research and Development team at Synthon. He oversees the development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and finished dosage products, bringing a strong scientific background to his role.
